HOW TO ORDER?

STEPS WHEN ORDERING ONE ITEM

Step 1 - Choose your product, then choose the colour/option you want and then click the 'buy now' button.

*Refer to the next set of steps, below, if you are ordering items from Double Deals or if you are ordering multiple of the same item but in different colours.

Step 2 - Add your contact details; Email address and Shipping Address. Then add in your discount code, if you have been provided one.

Your shipping address is the address that your item/s will be delivered to, unless your item/s is being delivered to a local retail store (PEP and Clicks) or to your local post office (only used for the 30-80 days delivery method).

This only applies if you have been provided a discount code. In the case of Double Deals or Triple Deals the codes are 'DOUBLE' and 'TRIPLE', respectively.

Step 3 - Choose your preferred shipping method and then click the 'Continue to payment' button.

Step 4 - Choose your payment option and then click the 'Complete order' button. Once you are done with this you will be taken to the payment portal where you are required to add in the details of the payment method that you are using.

Payfast - You will be given the following payment options if you choose Payfast;

Credit Card, Masterpass, Zapper, Instant EFT, Manual Instant EFT, Mobicred, Automatic Instant EFT and S-Code (with S-Code you can pay at any of these stores; Checkers, Shoprite, Checkers Hyper, OK, Post Office, House & Home and Shoprite U-Save)

Bank Deposit - Pay at an ATM or bank teller (bank details are provided after you select this option). This is a payment alternative that has been introduced for people that don't have access to the internet or online banking options.
